Pascal Bruckner in Athens

A few days after the Paris attacks that shook the world, French writer Pascal Bruckner is visiting Athens to participate in an open discussion with writer and journalist Giorgos Archimandritis.

Bruckner is considered one of the “New Philosophers”, who came to prominence in the 1970s and 1980s. Much of his work has been devoted to critiques of French society and culture. He will comment on issues related to terrorism, religious fananticism, Europe and the current crisis, love and happiness.

The event will take place on October 18th, at 19:00, at the Cycladic Art Museum (4, Neofytou Douka St.). The discussion will be conducted in French with Greek translation. For more information visit the Cycladic Art Museum webpage.

The event will be broadcast live through Diavlos.
