FM Secretary General Tsipras met with Russian Deputy Minister for Economic Development, Alexander Tsybulskiy

The Foreign Ministry’s Secretary General for International Economic Relations, Giorgos Tsipras on Thursday met in Moscow with the Russian Deputy Minister for Economic Development and Interregional Cooperation, Alexander Tsybulskiy.

Talks focused on the countries’ interregional cooperation, an issue also discussed during the 9th Meeting of the Greek-Russian Joint Interministerial Committee on Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technological cooperation, that took place in November 2015, in Sochi, Russia.

Both sides agreed to proceed with the establishment of a working group, that will meet for the first time within two months. The Russian Deputy Minister proposed that the working group be headed by Deputy Ministers and Secretary Generals. The Greek side accepted this proposal.
