Astir Palace redevelopment plans revealed
Astir Palace’s redevelopment project will reach 600 million euros, according to the plans revealed in a press conference on Tuesday at the resort’s premises in the coastal area of Vouliagmeni.
Greece recently concluded the sale of a 90 percent stake in the Astir Palace hotel complex to the Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund as part of a privatization scheme. The fund represents investors from Turkey, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and other Arab emirates.
Presenting their redevelopment plan for the Astir Palace yesterday, Jermyn Street said it aimed to make the complex a prime destination for visitors from around the world.
