DESCRIPTION:"This is War"\, a play written by award-winning Canadian playwright Hannah Moscovitch and directed by internationally acclaimed Canadian stage director Alan Dilworth premiered at Porta Theatre in Athens in December\, 2015.\n\nThe intense 90-minute play sees four soldiers recount personal versions of an ill-fated mission in the most volatile region of Afghanistan. Their stories reveal how the human equation - personal relationships and sexual tensions - can affect the outcome. Step into the ravaged psyche of the contemporary soldier in uncompromising terms with this dramatic story of modern warfare.\n\nThe play has been translated into Greek by Thomas Moschopoulos and stars Anna Kalaitzidou\, Yiannis Yiannoulis\, Ilias Moulas and Anastasis Roilos.  On stage Thursdays\, Fridays and Sundays until March 13.\nAdmission is 15 euros (10 reduced).\n\nSOURCE: Embassy of Canada facebook page/Porta Theatre
