Deputy FM Amanatidis meets with Israeli Ambassador Ben-Abba

Deputy Foreign Minister Ioannis Amanatidis met at his office today with the Israeli Ambassador to Greece, Irit Ben-Abba, at her request.

They discussed issues of bilateral interest, with particular emphasis on the need to develop direct cooperation between the two peoples on both the university and cultural levels.

During the meeting, reference was made to the development of contacts between the Greek and Israeli Diasporas. Moreover, issues of bilateral interest were discussed, with particular emphasis on the Greek reform programme.
