The Finnish Institute in Athens is hosting the 8th “Johannes Sundwall lecture”, entitled “The Sculpture from the Sanctuary  of Apollo Amyklaios in Sparta” by Prof. Olga Palagia.
The Institute has been organising the annual “Johannes Sundwall lecture”, since 2006. The main speaker is an internationally-renowned scholar with a broad scholarly output, dealing with topics that are similar to those of Sundwall’s own research.
