Weak economic growth and bank recapitalisation needs have pushed up Greece’s already high public debt. Reaching an agreement with creditors on significantly extending maturities and repayment grace periods could assure low and stable gross finance needs over the long-term and reduce uncertainty, the survey says.

EU Summit with Turkey: official statement
